HRCIB Foundation (Human Rights & Crime Investigation Bureau) is a registered NGO established under Section 8(1) of the Companies Act, 2013, with the goal of fostering a society rooted in equality, justice, and human rights. As a dedicated advocate for human rights, our organization works tirelessly to protect fundamental freedoms, promote social justice, and empower marginalized communities across India. We are committed to eradicating discrimination, combating exploitation, and providing resources for economic and social development. Through extensive advocacy, research, and community support, we strive to create lasting change and secure a dignified life for all.

MISSION
Our mission is to uphold human rights standards, provide legal aid to victims of rights violations, and work towards the socio-economic empowerment of disadvantaged communities. By promoting awareness, advocating for legislative reforms, and providing direct support, we aim to build a nation where justice, equality, and dignity are available to all. We undertake initiatives in advocacy, legal assistance, education, and community empowerment, aligning our work with the principles outlined in international human rights conventions.
KEY ACTIVITIES OF HRCIB FOUNDATION
- Human Rights Advocacy: Conduct campaigns and public education programs to raise awareness and promote human rights at all levels.
- Collaborations: Partner with government bodies, NGOs, and civil groups to address systemic rights violations and build solidarity.
- Research and Documentation: Document and publish studies on human rights issues to inform policy and raise awareness.
- Public Interest Litigation: File PILs to protect public interests, social justice, and environmental rights.
- Awareness and Education: Organize seminars and workshops to educate on human rights laws and protections.
- Legal Aid: Provide free or low-cost legal support to victims of human rights abuses.

OBJECTIVES OF HRCIB FOUNDATION
- To Promote and Protect Human Rights: Safeguard the fundamental rights of individuals, focusing on marginalized communities, and work to eliminate discrimination, exploitation, and oppression.
- To Provide Legal Aid and Support: OƯer free or aƯordable legal assistance to victims of human rights abuses, helping them access justice and restoring their rights.
- To Raise Awareness and Educate: Conduct public education programs, workshops, and seminars to foster understanding of human rights laws and social justice issues.
- To Advocate for Policy Reforms: Collaborate with lawmakers to drive legislative changes that strengthen human rights protections and promote social equity.
