1. Donation Refunds 

All donations made to HRCIB Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. Donations support our ongoing projects, campaigns, and operational expenses to further our mission. However, if you believe there has been an error in your donation, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of HRCIB Foundation.

2. Program Fees and Payments

Payments made for specific services or programs (e.g., workshops, seminars) may be eligible for refunds if the event or program is canceled by HRCIB Foundation. In such cases, participants will be notified, and refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of donation or payment.
  • Any fees incurred during the payment process (e.g., transaction fees) may be nonrefundable.
